We are confident in our ability to meet your needs and more. If you are not 100 percent satisfied in our Independent Living community within the first 90 days, just let us know. You may end your lease and community fees will be refunded.

We’ve found that our residents love to tell their friends and family about Fountainwood. So we created the Ambassadors Club for residents who refer others to us. Members of our Ambassadors Club receive rent credits, exclusive parties, and other rewards like bonuses and gifts. 

If delicious and healthy meals in a stylish dining room are important to you, you’ve come to the right place. In our Sensations dining room, residents enjoy chef-prepared meals along with a selection of local cuisine and tried-and-true favorites.

Chefs use fresh ingredients to prepare mouthwatering appetizers, entrees, and desserts. You’ll also love the variety of meals served during holidays, themed parties, and other special events. This is one of the senior living programs our residents love most.

This lifestyle program consists of a wide variety of events and activities coordinated by our full-time activities director. From exercise classes in our wellness center to card games and crafts, there’s always something going on. You’ll socialize with neighbors and find something new to do each day.
